Morning Russian attack on Sumy: man killed, 16 people injured, including an infant

A 52-year-old man was killed as a result of Russian strikes on Sumy on the morning of October 4. Another 16 people were injured, including a one-year-old boy.

In the city’s Kovpakivskyi district, three Russian drones struck an industrial facility. A 52-year-old employee was killed in the attack. Three other people sustained injuries and are receiving outpatient medical care.

Additionally, Russian forces launched an airstrike on Sumy using four guided aerial bombs.

A one-year-old boy was injured in this strike and taken to the hospital; according to the city military administration, his condition is not serious.

Twelve other people were also injured. Local authorities report that there is no threat to their lives.
