New attack on Poltava region: Russian drones hit the enterprise

Explosions were heard in the Myrhorod district. According to official information from the Poltava regional military administration, on March 8, one of the region’s enterprises was hit.

Strike drones attacked the industry of the Myrhorod district. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties or injuries. Emergency services are working on the scene, the extent of the damage is currently being clarified.

Residents of the region are urged not to ignore air raid sirens and to stay in shelters until the call is over. There is also a ban on publishing photos and videos from the “arrival” sites on social networks so as not to help correct the fire.

Due to the massive attacks in the Poltava region, Naftogaz has stopped production. Due to drone attacks, a number of critical infrastructure facilities in the region have stopped working. Damage and losses are reported, but there are no casualties at the facilities. Naftogaz specialists, together with the SES units, are working to eliminate the consequences. Damage assessment is currently underway.
