In the evening of March 23, the Russian military began a series of strikes on the front-line city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region.

On March 23, Russian military personnel fired numerous shots at the city of Kupyansk. A 43-year-old civilian was injured. The fragments hit the victim directly in the back of the head, he also received bruises on the chest and right shoulder.

«Shelling from the “Hurricane” covered the city the night before. They visited an ordinary private house, almost nothing remained of it. This attack by the Russians on civilians is a war crime that we are already investigating, we have collected evidence on the spot, we are recording everything carefully», – Serhiy Bolvinov said.

We will remind you that the Russians attacked the city of Kupyansk on March 23 from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. For this, several types of weapons were used, in particular, the Uragan MLRS. According to Volodymyr Tymoshka, the head of the main department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, at least 15 residential buildings, cars and commercial buildings were damaged.

Evacuation from the Kupyan community may begin in April. The head of the community Andriy Besedin spoke about the situation in the community after the shelling of Kupyansk on March 19 and the possibility of evacuation.
