Night attack on Zhytomyr region: critical infrastructure workers injured

On the night of January 11, Zhytomyr region was attacked by Russia. Critical infrastructure facilities were hit.

Two workers were injured as a result of the shelling. They received moderate injuries and were hospitalized in a medical facility, where they are receiving necessary assistance.

After the hits, fires broke out on the ground. The work of rescuers was complicated by repeated air alarms, which forced them to temporarily stop extinguishing the fire and take shelter.

As of this morning, one of the fires had been extinguished. Work to extinguish another fire is ongoing.
