On September 10, Russian forces struck Novomykolaivka in the Kharkiv region with nine guided aerial bombs, destroying eight residential houses in just 15 minutes. In addition to Novomykolaivka, three other settlements in the community were affected over the course of the day, with dozens of private homes destroyed.

On September 9, Russian forces struck the village of Berezivka with six guided aerial bombs. That same day—in the morning and again in the evening—they attacked private homes in the village of Spodobivka using “Molniya” munitions, damaging residential premises and outbuildings. At midnight on September 10, a multiple launch rocket system strike hit Kharkivskyi Shliakh Street in the settlement of Shevchenkove, damaging more than ten houses. According to available information, there were no civilian casualties.

Due to the constant threat to the lives and health of the population, a mandatory evacuation has been announced for the Shevchenkove community. The local administration has urged residents not to remain in the danger zone and to accept assistance with evacuating. Authorities have assured that they are ready to assist anyone who reaches out.
