Due to constant shelling, Chasiv Yar in Donetsk region is undergoing more and more destruction, the Russians are hitting the civilian population, and only one shop is open in the city.
Serhii Chaus, the head of the Chasovoyarsk city military administration, said: “Now the situation in Chasovoyarsk is the most difficult ever. The shelling is intensifying every day. Today, April 4, is just a crazy day, fortunately there are no casualties, but there are a lot of fires and damaged housing. Every day by day we observe such a picture, that’s why everything is more and more complicated. We feel that the Russian offensive is intensifying,” Chaus noted.
According to him, there are practically no businesses left in the city, at the moment only one shop is open.
“The basic needs of the citizens are provided point by point. There are charging stations connected to generators, and people have the opportunity to charge their gadgets, phones, laptops, and flashlights. As for water, it is a more difficult issue, because it has to be delivered. We have a well, but to provide more than 700 people with water is difficult. There are humanitarian aid distribution points that are provided with water tanks. That is where people can come and collect water. However, the Russians hit the civilian population using FPV drones, such facts have already been recorded more than once,” Chaus said.
