Number of injured in Kharkiv after strike rises to 9

The number of injured people has risen to 9 after a drone struck a kindergarten and nearby buildings in the Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv.

It is known that one person died. A shop, a cafe, an office building and six cars were damaged. As a result of the attack, three fire centers arose. The largest fire, with an area of ​​500 square meters, broke out in the kindergarten building. At the time of the strike, 48 children were in shelters, and they were quickly evacuated by rescuers, police and volunteers.

About 60 employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 13 units of equipment, psychologists, pyrotechnicians, dog handlers and many other services were involved in the elimination of the consequences. The fires have been extinguished, but emergency rescue operations are ongoing.
