Judging by Russian reports, many local residents have returned to temporarily occupied Severodonetsk, Luhansk region. In fact, the city is inhabited by representatives of “small nations” and Russians.
Roman Vlasenko, the head of the Severodonetsk District Military Administration, reports this.
In peacetime, approximately 100,000 people lived in the liberated city. Currently, it is only one-third inhabited, of which only half are local residents.
“The Russian authorities are populating the city and district with Russians, in particular, representatives of Russia’s “small nations” and families of military personnel,” Vlasenko said.
He added that for the second winter, residents of Severodonetsk, as well as residents of other large settlements in the region, “are trying to survive without centralized heating.”
In the meantime, domestic fires have become more frequent in urban buildings due to careless handling of heating devices.
On January 19, a fire broke out again in temporarily occupied Severodonetsk. According to the “liberators”, there were no casualties.
The Russians are actively creating the appearance of “restoration” of the city. However, in reality, construction workers brought there from the Russian Federation break down doors and rob the surviving apartments of local residents.
