Occupiers Shell Hospital in Luhansk Oblast

The head of Luhansk Oblast Administration Serhii Haidai reported that a hospital was shelled in Severodonetsk of Luhansk oblast. He published the photographs and noted that a woman and her two twins suffered as a result of the shelling of the city.
