Official information from the General Staff of Ukraine about the temporary situation (on the evening March, 2)

Armed forces of Ukraine created a secure defense system in the Volyn oblast. Continuous monitoring of the nature of the enemy’s actions, which conducts demonstration actions along the border of Ukraine;
Only today up to 30 fighter jets have violated Ukraine’s airspace, mostly from Belarus, and bombed civilians;
Since the beginning of the invasion, the occupiers have fired more than 180 missiles. Damage is inflicted on civilian infrastructure and residential areas;
In the coastal direction, the Armed Forces continue their defensive operation, successfully deterring more enemy forces. In particular, divisions of the Armed forces of Ukraine neutralized the landing which tried to land near Mykolaiv;
The occupying forces continue to violate international humanitarian law by looting and killing local people, including children. The morale of the Russian army is extremely low;
Whole groups of Russian soldiers and officers continue to surrender, and many occupiers refuse to continue the offensive. The occupiers are demoralized and continue to suffer losses in personnel and military equipment.
