Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, announced this.

“One of the hits was in the Dniprovskyі district. The impact damaged a house and shops, the power grid. The details are being established,” said the head of the regional military administration.

Earlier that day, on January 31, the occupiers dropped an aerial bomb on a school in the Kherson region. The premises were destroyed by Russian aircraft.
