On March 23, the Russian Federation again shelled Kharkiv. An industrial enterprise came under attack.

As of 9:50 p.m., the State Emergency Service confirmed that on the evening of March 23, the Russians launched a rocket attack on a non-residential building in the Slobid district of the city of Kharkiv. As a result of the shelling, the building was partially destroyed, as well as two sources of ignition. The fire was extinguished. The rescuers also conducted an examination of a partially destroyed non-residential building. There are no victims or injured.
“Under the procedural leadership of the Slobid District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the message reads.
