In particular, at 4:30 in the morning, the Russians shelled Kherson with artillery, attacking various areas of the city. A 69-year-old woman, who was injured in her apartment, was hospitalized in serious condition.
Around 8:30 a.m. in the Dnipro district of Kherson, the Russians dropped explosives from a drone. As a result, a 42-year-old man was injured. The victim was diagnosed with an explosive injury, multiple shrapnel injuries to the torso, left leg, and right forearm. He was taken to the hospital.
Also, during the day, multi-apartment and private residential buildings, infrastructural facilities, a food establishment, a trade kiosk, and motor vehicles were damaged.
Under the procedural leadership of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, pre-trial investigations have been started in criminal proceedings on the facts of violations of the laws and customs of war.
In addition, two people from Kherson, who came under Russian fire on October 14, turned to medics today. Previously, 42-year-old and 61-year-old men received mine-explosive injuries.
