On September 23, the Russians shelled 19 settlements in the Kherson region, damaged 27 objects, injured nine people

On September 23, the police recorded that 27 objects were damaged in the Kherson region as a result of enemy shelling and nine civilians were wounded, including a medic and a volunteer, the National Police of Ukraine reports.

“On the populated areas of the right bank, the Russian army attacked with artillery, mortars, tanks and UAVs, and also used FPV drones. Kherson, Antonivka, Tomyna Balka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Kizomys, Poniativka, Veletenske, Stanislav, Goncharne, Romashkovo suffered from Russian strikes. Beryslav, Kachkarivka, Mylove, Zamozhne, Zolota Balka, Novovorontsovka and Mykhailivka,” the National Police said in a telegram on Tuesday.

27 objects were damaged: 16 private and three apartment buildings, five cars, an ambulance and gas pipelines.

“Early in the morning near Romashkovo, Russian military personnel with a UAV hit an ambulance. As a result of the explosion, the car was damaged. A 58-year-old paramedic and a 50-year-old driver were injured,” – informs the police.

Antonivka came under Russian artillery fire. A 70-year-old local resident was injured and taken to the hospital. Also, Russian troops fired mortars and dropped ammunition from UAVs on the village, five private houses and a car were damaged.

The Russian army also struck Novovorontsov with artillery. Two men, aged 33 and 40, received mine-explosive injuries and gunshot wounds. In Kizomys, the Russians directed an FPV drone at a car of an agricultural enterprise. A 51-year-old driver was injured as a result of the impact.

The Russians attacked Kachkarivka with a drone, a residential building was damaged. A 30-year-old volunteer was hit by a Russian drone in Poniativka. He received an explosive injury, thermal burns on his hands and face. Attacks by enemy UAVs caused damage to two private houses in Veletenskyi and Mylovi. Four private houses were damaged by artillery fire in Tomynia Balka, Stanislav and Zolotia Balka.

Since Tuesday morning, the Russians have been shelling the Tavriyskyi microdistrict in Kherson, using artillery. Three multi-story residential buildings were hit, and the roof was breached, elevator equipment and balconies were damaged. A few hours later, Russian troops fired artillery at the private sector of the Severny district. The projectiles damaged three private houses, a gas pipeline and injured a 49-year-old woman with a back injury.

The troops of the Russian Federation attacked the Dnipro district of the city with UAVs, damaging three cars and a private house. As a result of dropping explosives from a Russian drone, a 57-year-old man was seriously injured.

Investigators, explosives technicians and forensic experts worked at the sites of the attacks. 16 proceedings under Art. 438 “Violation of laws and customs of war” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Earlier, the head of the regional administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that, according to preliminary data, 13 people were injured on September 23 in the Kherson region.
