
Russian missiles hit a residential apartment building in Dnipro on the morning of September 20. The chairman, Boris Filatov, announced the hit.
At 7:30, the head of the regional military administration, Sergey Lysak, reported on the scale of the destruction in the city.
“Several fires broke out in Dnipro and the region. High-rise buildings, private houses, outbuildings, garages were damaged. There is destruction on the territory of enterprises,” he noted.
Local channels write about power and water outages in the regional center, as well as “many fires” after the missile strike.
