On the night of June 1, Russian troops massively shelled the Kherson region: there were casualties and destruction

Emergency personnel quickly extinguished all the fires that broke out after the shelling.

Russian occupiers attacked Kherson Oblast almost all night. The communities of Beryslav and Kherson districts were under fire.

This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As it became known, two districts of the region came under massive shelling – residential buildings were destroyed there.

“A 64-year-old man died as a result of artillery fire in the village of Dniprovske, Kherson district. In the village of Shiroka Balka of the Stanislav community, a 3-year-old girl was injured, the child received a head injury, she was hospitalized in a hospital. In Kherson, dozens of private houses, high-rise buildings, cars, power lines, and road surfaces were damaged. A 65-year-old man was injured and was hospitalized. The rescuers extinguished the fires that arose as a result of shelling,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
