On the night of November 3, Russian troops launched massive strikes on Kharkiv and the Kharkiv district of the region. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on the morning of November 3.
As a result of the Russian attack, there were five fires. Hits were recorded in Osnovyanskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts.
According to preliminary information, at least 10 drones struck civilian infrastructure. One of the rockets hit the educational institution, destroying the second and third floors, the roof and structural elements.
Nearby is a building that was supposed to accommodate displaced persons. It was completely destroyed. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Three people sought medical attention because of an acute stress reaction.
A private house, civilian cars, garages, service stations, utility rooms burned. All fires were extinguished by rescuers.
“There was a threat of the flame spreading to other buildings. The fire has been contained, liquidation is ongoing,” the State Emergency Service noted.
According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.
