One man was killed and four people were wounded in Russian attacks in the Kherson region

At 4:10 p.m. on September 17, in the village of Inhulets, Russian forces struck a 64-year-old man riding a moped with a drone; he died at the scene.

A 56-year-old local resident of Mykilske was injured in a drone attack, sustaining blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to her torso and legs.

One person was wounded by a mine explosion near the village of Davydiv Brid.

Around 12:45 p.m., a 61-year-old man was injured in a drone attack in Kherson; he sustained blast trauma, a spinal injury, and abrasions to his elbows.

A 73-year-old man was wounded by a drone strike around 10:00 a.m. in the Korabelnyi district; he was diagnosed with blast trauma and a shrapnel wound to the soft tissues of his head.

Russian attacks also damaged a shop, a truck, and a passenger car.

The Prosecutor’s Office has initiated a pre-trial investigation into the shelling incidents under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes).
