One person died, two more were injured as a result of a Russian air attack on a village in Bogodukhiv Region

Under the procedural leadership of the Bogodukhiv district prosecutor’s office of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). This was reported in the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, on September 3 at around 3:05 p.m., the Russians carried out an airstrike on the village of Makarove of the Zolochivska United Territorial Community of the Bogodukhiv District.

A 37-year-old woman died. A 59-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman were injured. Residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.
