One person killed, three wounded in Russian strikes in Kherson region

On September 14, 2026, the Russian army attacked the right-bank area of ​​the Kherson region using tube and rocket artillery, as well as various types of drones. As of 5:30 PM, one person had been killed and three wounded as a result of Russian aggression.

Around 8:30 AM, Russian troops attacked a civilian vehicle with a drone in Kherson. A man born in 1982 was killed. Three other people in the city were also wounded in drone attacks.

Additionally, Russian strikes damaged apartment buildings, a shopping center, medical facilities, administrative buildings, and both service and private vehicles.

Prosecutors have initiated a pre-trial investigation into the commission of war crimes (Parts 1 and 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Russian military forces are using drones to attack civilians in the Kherson region, targeting buses, volunteers, churches, and trucks carrying food supplies. Drones are striking apartments and humanitarian aid centers.
