Over 200 windows broken, facades and roofs damaged: Dnipro continues to eliminate the consequences of a massive attack

On the morning of March 13, the Russian army carried out a massive drone attack on the Dnipro. About 10 private houses were damaged in the city. Over 200 windows were broken in four high-rise buildings. The head of the Left-Bank Administration of the Dnipro City Council, Yuriy Fedko, said that local residents are currently being provided with all necessary assistance, as well as materials for urgent repairs, reports “Our City”.

“The day in Dnipro begins with the elimination of the attacks carried out by the Russian Federation on the peaceful residents of our city. Today, unlike yesterday, mainly high-rise buildings were damaged,” noted Yuriy Fedko.

According to him, at one of the sites of the strike, 4 high-rise buildings were damaged, over 200 windows were broken, and facades and roofs were damaged. There is also another place of “arrival”, but, according to Felko, there is less damage there.

“The blast wave damaged low-rise buildings there, but there was less damage there. Several houses were damaged there and there was minor damage. Representatives of the police and city authorities were already there in the morning. Statements have been made, we will draw up acts on damaged property,” the head of the Left Bank Administration emphasized.

Currently, at the sites of the attacks, partners “Prolisok” and “Red Cross” are providing assistance to local residents so that they can temporarily close the broken windows.

“Representatives of the Dnipropetrovsk City Council are already working, they are taking measurements and will urgently carry out work to replace the windows that were damaged,” Fedko noted.

He also added that it will be known in the near future when water and electricity supply will be restored to the Northern and partially Southern housing estates.
