Over 40 animals died in the Vyshgorod district of Kyiv region as a result of a Russian drone attack carried out by the Russian army on the night of February 20.

The Kyiv region police continue to record the consequences of the Russian attack. As of 15:20, 14 damaged private houses, four cars and an outbuilding were recorded in the Bila Tserkva district. A 37-year-old man was also injured and was provided with the necessary medical care. Six private houses, one car and four outbuildings were damaged in the Vyshgorod district. A fire broke out in one of them, as a result of which over 40 pets died.
Response teams of the patrol police, the investigative and operational group and explosives technicians of the Kyiv region police continue to work at the scene. Law enforcement officers are documenting the consequences of the attack.
Investigators will initiate criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on the facts of war crimes.
