The parents of former regional council member Oleg Bilyavets were killed in an attack on the Khmelnytskyi region.

The late parents of the ex-politician lived in a private house in Krasylov. As a result of a night attack by the Russian army, Bilyavets’ parents’ home was hit. Previously, it was a rocket. The family of elderly people died on the spot, they were over 70 years old.

On the night of May 25, the Khmelnytskyi region was subjected to another Russian shelling, which led to the destruction of civilian infrastructure, the death and injury of civilians. An eyewitness told about the horrific details of the night attack.

As reported by the head of the Khmelnytskyi regional military administration, Serhiy Tyurin, four people died as a result of the Russian attack. Five people were injured by shrapnel, including a minor and an elderly woman who is in serious condition in hospital.

The Russian strike also destroyed six private residential buildings and damaged more than 20 others.
