People killed in the nighttime missile strike by the Russian Federation on October 25

Two people were killed as a result of a missile strike carried out by Russian troops on Kyiv on the night of October 25. The body of one of the deceased was pulled from under the rubble in the Desnyanskyі district. Another person died in hospital from his injuries. At least 13 people were injured. Destruction is recorded in three districts of the capital.

This was reported by the city authorities and the State Emergency Service as of 13:00.

In the Desnyanskyі district, firefighters localized a fire in warehouses covering an area of ​​13 thousand square meters. One person was rescued. 2 additional State Emergency Service helicopters were involved in extinguishing the fire.

In Darnytskyi district, a fire was extinguished in a 9-story administrative and production building with an area of ​​5.4 thousand sq. m. and a two-story building was localized.

In Dniprovskyi district, the strike fell on an open area, residential buildings were damaged.

As reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office, in Dnipro district, windows in 12 residential buildings and a kindergarten were damaged, in Darnytskyi – in a high-rise building, in Desnyanskyi district, a store, food warehouses and cars were destroyed. The prosecutor’s office has opened proceedings on the fact of the missile attack by the Russian troops.

In Dniprovskyi district, a rocket hit the ground next to residential buildings and a kindergarten – a large crater formed at the site of the impact, a correspondent for Suspilnyi reports.

The blast wave shattered glass in the windows of houses, and cars parked nearby were also damaged.
