Police officers and volunteers rescued 6 people in Zaporizhzhia region under attack by Russian drones

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that police officers and volunteers rescued six residents of the frontline town of Primorsk, Zaporizhzhia region, under attack by Russian drones.

“Despite constant attacks by suicide drones, police officers and volunteers conducted a risky evacuation – they took four women and two men to a safe place,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

The department notes that during the operation, the Russians attacked several times with FPV drones. One exploded near a police car, the other – near a building where people were hiding. Because of the burning cars, the crew had to change the route right under fire.

One of the evacuees said that she walked more than seven kilometers to the assembly point, and the police constantly stayed in touch with her.
