“There are power outages on the left bank of the capital. Social infrastructure facilities are switching to autonomous power supply,” the report says.
Later, the chairman added that there are also water outages on the left bank of the city.
According to Klitschko, non-residential buildings were hit in the Dnipro district, and there is a report of a UAV falling in an open area. Cars are burning there. In addition, there is a report of a victim in the specified area, an ambulance has left, and there are “still calls for doctors”.
Also in Kyiv, due to complications in the power system, the metro operating mode has been changed. Trains on the red line run between the Akademmistechko and Arsenalna stations.
