Putin’s Troops Deliberately Shell Residential Areas of Ukrainian Cities

Kharkiv, Saltivka district. Russian troops have been mercilessly shelling peaceful commuter areas for days deliberately striking residential buildings. Rockets were also fired at the Oblast State Administration building, the Dormition Cathedral, the Karazin University, and numerous other infrastructural facilities.
