The aggression of the Putin regime against Ukraine, which initially, in 2014, had the format of the so-called “hybrid war”, and in February 2022 took the form of a full-scale criminal armed aggression of the Russian Federation with the aim of destroying the State of Ukraine and genocide of the Ukrainian people, continues until now, daily adding war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine, killing and abducting children, destroying the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine .
At the same time, without military success, the Russian occupiers and the criminal leadership of the Russian Federation are taking systematic measures in foreign countries with the aim of carrying out propaganda and other measures, which, according to the Kremlin, can contribute to the end of the war at the current stage on conditions acceptable to the Putin regime.
The specified actions of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation pose serious threats to the national security of Ukraine, dangerous for the very existence of the State of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. In order to neutralize them, the leadership of Ukraine is taking measures in the political sphere on the international arena to implement the 10-step Peace Formula Plan of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr ZELENSKYІ.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on May 2 of this year recognized “racism” as the ideology of the Russian Federation, adopting the relevant resolution and appealed to the European Parliament and the UN to take similar actions. The identification of Putin’s “Racism” with Hitler’s “Nazism” will have its legal current and long-term consequences for the consolidation of this analogy both in the public opinion of the international and domestic Russian community, and in the international legal and criminal field.
Racism (Wikipedia) is a term used to denote the political ideology and social practice of the Russian regime of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, which is based on the ideas of a “special civilizational mission” of Russians, “the seniority of a brotherly people”, intolerance to cultural elements of other nations, mainly Slavic, because it is easier to Russify them, as well as to the peoples who lived in the Russian Empire or the USSR, ultranationalism, the use of Russian Orthodoxy as a moral doctrine, on geopolitical instruments of influence, primarily energy carriers for European countries, military force in relation to countries that are part of the sphere of influence of the Russian Federation. On April 14, 2022, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine recognized Russia as a terrorist state with a totalitarian neo-Nazi regime and banned its propaganda, as well as the propaganda of Russia’s act of aggression against Ukraine. On May 2, 2023, Ukraine officially recognized racism as the state ideology of Russia. The Verkhovna Rada adopted the relevant Resolution on the Statement of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On defining the existing political regime in the Russian Federation as racism and condemning its ideological foundations and social practices as totalitarian and misanthropic” (No. 9101).
Racism is a type of Nazism, fascism and a synonym of the term “Russian Nazism”. Some experts call this phenomenon “schizo-fascism”, since calling others fascists while being a fascist is the main rhetorical method of Putinism. Russian schizofascism is a caricature of fascism or fascism under the guise of fighting fascism.
Over the past year, as a result of the implementation of strategic communications activities of Ukraine (including during the implementation of special (active) activities by the Main Intelligence Office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine), it was possible to form a strategic narrative beneficial to our state on the international arena, which, taking into account the democratic standards of Western civilization, ensured the adoption decisions in support of our state by the highest military and political leadership of foreign countries.
Among other things, the principled position of Ukraine is the exposure (intermediate task) of war crimes and crimes against humanity on the territory of Ukraine, committed by the highest military-political and military leadership of the aggressor country, servicemen of the armed forces and other military formations of the Russian Federation, representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, employees information and propaganda apparatus of Russia, as well as collaborators.
At this stage, an important issue is the coordination of the views of representatives of the world community on the format and mechanism of the creation and functioning of such an international institution.
The purpose of these measures is to unconditionally bring these categories of persons to international criminal responsibility by analogy with the procedural actions of the Nuremberg Tribunal against war criminals of Nazi Germany.
Based on the above, it is proposed to carry out measures aimed at the information space of the international community and the Russian Federation regarding the necessity and irreversibility of bringing the persons of the aggressor country, guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity on the territory of Ukraine, to international criminal responsibility (the so-called “Nuremberg 2.0 ”) and the spread of the analogy “Racism = Nazism”.

Conclusion: the crimes committed by the racist regime of Putin in Ukraine during the criminal war started by the Russian Federation correspond to all the features of the crimes convicted at the Nuremberg trial, and therefore the legal procedure and mechanisms of this process should and can be used as the basis of the future international tribunal against the racist Putin regime in the Russian Federation , which is essentially identical to the Nazi regime of Hitler’s Germany.
