Representatives of the Russian authorities force people to obtain Russian passports in the Kherson region and massively appropriate the housing of Ukrainians

The Russians continue to terrorize the residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In particular, in the temporarily captured territory of the Kherson region, the Russians continue the forced passporting of the population.

The Russian military in the temporarily captured territory of the Zaporizhzhia region plans to passport 50% of the population remaining there by the summer, and 80% by the fall.

In the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, the Russians continue to terrorize the civilian population, forcing people to issue Russian passports. In case of refusal, the Russian troops threaten the local residents with punitive actions.

Vladimir Putin issued a decree on the simplified exit from Ukrainian citizenship for holders of Russian passports. The Kremlin announced that the termination of Ukrainian citizenship takes effect from the day the application is submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
