In the Luhansk region, in Anthracite, Khrustalne, and probably in a number of other cities, civil servants and school employees are being asked to “fill out a questionnaire” about all relatives up to the second degree.
According to activists of the “Yellow Ribbon” movement, they are especially checking whether any of them serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or volunteer formations.
“So far, this is happening in a “voluntary-compulsory” manner. For what purpose the data is collected and how the occupation administration intends to implement it is completely unknown,” the activists reported.
