On the night of February 23, as a result of an attack by Putin’s army on the city of Dnipro, a Geranium2-Shahed attack drone hit a nine-story residential building, destroying the top two floors of the building.
The shelling killed a man and a woman. Rescuers removed their bodies from the rubble. 8 people were injured. According to the conclusions of the technical report, residents of 18 apartments at 26 Eneida Street will have to be relocated.
On February 24, at about 8 a.m., rescue specialists completed emergency rescue operations at the site of the incident, meaning that the rubble in the nine-story building was actually dismantled and the bodies of all the injured civilians were pulled out, according to information released by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine was assisted in the rescue operation by a crane, 2 dump trucks, a forklift and 10 utility workers.
