On the evening of April 4, Russian troops struck Kryvyi Rih. Russia’s almost daily strikes on Kryvyi Rih cannot be viewed otherwise than the personal terror of the Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin against the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyі, believes political scientist Oleksiy Kopytko. According to him, such strikes have no military goals. The goal is one – to personally break Zelensky, because this is his hometown, the expert added. “The murder of children on the playground is a war crime and terrorism on the part of Russia, it is impossible to assess it in any other way,” Kopytko emphasized.
