Rescuers injured in Kostyantynivka shelling, fire department damaged

The Russian army attacked Kostyantynivka on August 18, the local fire department was destroyed as a result of the shelling, and employees of the State Emergency Service were injured.

The State Emergency Service reported that 2 rescuers were taken to a medical facility for medical assistance.

“This is not the first time that Russian troops have deliberately shelled rescuers. Such attacks endanger the lives and health of those who save people every day and eliminate the consequences of enemy shelling,” the department noted.

Despite the threats and shelling, the State Emergency Service continues to carry out its work.
