Residential buildings were damaged and a man was injured: new details of the rocket attack in Ivano-Frankivsk region

In connection with another missile attack on critical infrastructure on June 1, proceedings were initiated in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

This was reported in the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

Under the procedural leadership of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was started in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on the morning of June 1, the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched massive missile strikes on critical infrastructure in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Previously, he hit the Russians with four missiles of an unknown type.

As a result of the explosion, civil infrastructure, residential buildings and property were also damaged.

A local resident was injured.

Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, take all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.

This time, the Russians again tried to target energy facilities – and in some places successfully. On the morning of June 1, Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko said that the Russian Federation attacked energy facilities in five regions of Ukraine: Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kirovohrad, and Ivano-Frankivsk.
