Russians are increasingly demanding, in addition to the Russian passport, the termination of Ukrainian citizenship.
This was reported in the regional military administration: “The requirements of Russians are becoming stricter when applying for a job, in particular, to state and municipal bodies, and for issuing social benefits. They are increasingly demanding, in addition to a passport of the Russian Federation, also the termination of Ukrainian citizenship.”
The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a draft law, according to which it is proposed to consider Ukrainian citizenship terminated from the date of submission of the application for withdrawal from it.
At the same time, citizens undertake to refrain from exercising the rights and duties of a citizen of Ukraine, in particular from obtaining and using a Ukrainian passport and other documents.
The occupiers excluded the destroyed Popasna from the list of cities
The Russian occupiers officially excluded the destroyed Popasna from the list of cities in the region. There is no population center among urban and municipal districts.
This was reported by the press service of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
The Russian administration enacted laws on administrative and territorial organization and the formation of city and municipal districts. In particular, 11 city and 17 municipal districts (districts) were approved. There is no Popasnaya in any of the lists.
“If earlier the Russians only talked about the impracticality of rebuilding the city, which they themselves destroyed, then the other day they confirmed their decision at the legislative level,” the press service noted.
Russian troops during the storming of Popasnaya (Luhansk region) completely destroyed the city. Representatives of the so-called local authorities decided that they will not restore it, so the city remains destroyed.
