On February 14, at 4:16 p.m., the Russians fired S-300 missiles at the village of Velikiy Burluk, Kupyan District, Kharkiv Region. The Russians took aim at a two-story residential building and another one next to it.
This attack killed 5 people. Another 5 residents of the village were injured, but remained alive. They were pulled out from under the rubble of the destroyed building by emergency workers. According to clarification from the State Emergency Service, all the victims were hospitalized in medical institutions.
