The tragic consequences of the missile attack on Odesa on October 9 continue to be felt. According to the latest data, the number of victims has increased to 8 people. Two critically ill patients died on the morning of October 10.
This was reported by the director of the city clinical hospital No. 10, Denys Sebov.
A 46-year-old man, who received multiple shrapnel injuries, died at 5:00 am. A 26-year-old boy, who was in intensive care with multiple shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and a lacerated leg wound, also did not survive.
Currently, there are 6 victims in the city hospital who received typical mine-explosive injuries typical of rocket attacks. They have multiple shrapnel injuries, soft tissue damage, bruising of limbs and internal organs associated with blast waves and impacts on solid objects.
All the victims are Ukrainian civilians who were working in the port during the shelling.
