The police spoke about the consequences of shelling in Nikopolshchyna on August 4 in the afternoon and late evening. Unfortunately, it was not without casualties, as well as a lot of destruction.

On the night of August 4, the Russians fired in Nikopol and the area, people were injured: police officers are working at the sites of shelling, the police said in a statement.

On August 4, during the day, Russian troops attacked Nikopol, Myrivska, Marganetska and Chervonogrigorivska communities with drones and artillery. In the evening, the Russians continued their shelling.

Around 11:00 p.m., heavy artillery shells hit one of the villages of the Pokrovsk rural territorial community. A 26-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman were injured as a result of the blows. Will be treated at home.

Law enforcement officers documented damage to infrastructure, businesses, farm buildings, cafes, trade pavilions, garages, cars, private homes, solar panels, fences, gas stoves, and power lines. In buildings, roofs were gutted, ceilings and walls caved in, window frames were knocked out, windows were blown out, and people’s property was mutilated.
