Russia attacked Mykolaiv with drones: fires broke out in houses, three people were injured

The Russian Federation continues to attack Ukrainian cities. On the evening of April 5, the Russians launched “Shahedi” missiles at Mykolaiv. Three people were injured.

This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Vitaly Kim. It is noted that fires broke out in houses as a result of the shelling in the city.

“As a result of the attack by the “Shahedi” on Mykolaiv, a fire broke out in two residential buildings. Services are on the ground,” the official said in a statement.

Later, the chairman, Oleksandr Senkevych, reported that there was damage in the private sector as a result of the attack.

“We have already determined the scope of work. Public utilities will begin the elimination of the consequences. Fortunately, there were no casualties. This is the most important thing,” he noted.

As of 23:47, the head of the regional military administration, Vitaly Kim, reported two victims during the Russian attack.

“A 49-year-old woman was hospitalized, a 72-year-old woman was provided with outpatient care. Three fires broke out, which have already been extinguished. Seven private houses and a car were damaged. Thank you to everyone for the prompt and coordinated work,” Kim’s message says.

As of 00:12, Vitaliy Kim reported that another victim had been reported. This is a 67-year-old woman, she was provided with outpatient care.

Cars and other residential buildings were also damaged, according to the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region.

In total, 15 firefighters and 3 special vehicles were involved in the liquidation of the consequences from the State Emergency Service. Additionally, the radiation, chemical and biological protection group of the ARZ Joint Venture of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region worked.
