Russia attacked the Odessa region with a super-fast jet drone

On the morning of May 5, Russian troops first used a new high-speed weapon against civilians — an aircraft-type jet drone. The Odesa region came under attack, monitoring channels report.

The new type of UAV, which the Russians call “Product C”, is capable of speeds up to 750 km/h, and its flight range exceeds 150 km.

Monitors warn: these drones have already been tested, and in the coming weeks we can expect mass launches across the territory of Ukraine. According to estimates, if the current production rates are maintained, then in the summer the number of attacks using “Product C” may increase 5 times. Features of the new drone: aerodynamics similar to the Caliber missile; capable of changing its flight trajectory at an angle of 90° at a speed of 250 km/h, which makes it difficult to intercept; high potential for evading air defenses.
