Russia attacked the ports of Odesa region with drones: fires and damage recorded

Russian troops again attacked the port infrastructure of the Odesa region using strike drones. As a result of this attack, fires and damage to warehouse and administrative buildings were recorded. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties, and rescuers quickly eliminated the sources of fire.

This attack was another in a series of aggressive actions of Russia against Ukrainian port infrastructure.

In particular, on April 14, the Russians targeted a civilian ship under the flag of Liberia, which was heading along the grain corridor to the Odesa port to load corn. At night of the same day, a massive attack on civilian and port infrastructure took place, as a result of which a civilian ship under the flag of Panama, a berth and a barge, as well as port equipment were damaged in the territory of the Izmail port.
