Russia attacked the private sector and agricultural enterprises in the Chernihiv region

On the night of March 22, Russian troops carried out another attack on Chernihiv and the region. The Russians launched drones over the region. The drones were recorded on the outskirts of the regional center, in the Novgorod-Siversky and Koryukiv districts.

This was reported by the regional military administration on March 22. As a result of the shelling, residential buildings and premises of an agricultural enterprise were damaged, where livestock died due to the hit.

The head of the Chernihiv regional military administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, reported that the Russians used drones of various types, in particular “Molniya” and “Geran”.

“On the night of March 22, the “geraniums” hit a village in the Koryukiv district. The target was an agricultural enterprise. The Russians hit a cowshed – one cow died. Firefighters extinguished the fire at the scene of the attack,” the head of the regional military administration reported on the consequences of the attack.

Vyacheslav Chaus also added that on the outskirts of Chernihiv, a Russian drone fell near a private house, but without damage. In Semenivka, a residential building was damaged by an explosion.

These events indicate growing risks to civilian objects in the Chernihiv region, which emphasizes the importance of monitoring and responding to threats from the air. The authorities and rescue services continue to take measures to minimize the consequences of such attacks, but the situation remains tense, requiring constant attention from local and national security agencies.
