Russia attacked the Shostka community in Sumy region: three injured, power and communication outages

On the morning of August 26, Russia attacked the civilian infrastructure of the Shostka community in the Sumy region.

This was reported by the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov.

According to him, three men aged 35, 44 and 48 were injured as a result of the shelling. All were hospitalized, and doctors are providing them with the necessary assistance.

Part of the community was left without power, critical infrastructure is operating on backup power. In addition, there are communication outages.

Grigorov added that Invincibility Points have been deployed on site, and restoration work is underway.

Earlier, the regional military administration stated that on the night of August 26, as a result of a UAV attack, some consumers in the Shostka community were left without power.

Russian troops carried out a massive drone attack on the Sumy and Bezdrytskyі communities. A fire broke out, residential and non-residential buildings were damaged.
