
On April 7, Russian troops struck the building of the state tax inspectorate in Novgorod-Siverskyi in Chernihiv region with an unmanned aerial vehicle. Information about the victims is currently being clarified. The strike occurred at around 09:30 in the center of Novgorod-Siverskyi. The attack damaged the facades of nearby residential buildings and private vehicles.
This was reported by the head of the Novgorod-Siverskyi district military administration, Alexander Seliverstov, noting:
