Russia attacked Ukraine’s gas infrastructure with drones: there is destruction

On the morning of December 9, Russian strike drones attacked gas infrastructure facilities. The Russians struck critical equipment that ensures uninterrupted gas supply to the population.

This was reported by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and the Naftogaz Group.

Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of the Russian attack. At the same time, there is destruction at gas infrastructure facilities.

Gas industry specialists and operational services are already working on site and are doing everything possible to restore the damaged facilities as soon as possible.

Rescuers, operational services and gas industry specialists are working on site, eliminating the consequences of the attack and preparing to restore the damaged facilities, the Ministry of Energy said.

The Kharkiv branch of Gazmerezh also reported that due to the emergency situation, the villages of Hur’iv Kozachok, Ivashky, Odnorobivka, and Perovske were temporarily left without gas.
