Russia attacks Kovel, Volyn region, with drones; hits and injuries reported

A massive Russian drone attack damaged infrastructure and residential buildings in the city of Kovel, Volyn region. Five local residents sought medical attention.

On September 12, Russian forces launched a massive aerial attack on western regions of Ukraine, resulting in destruction and casualties.

The massive drone attack resulted in hits on infrastructure facilities within the Kovel community.

Property was destroyed or damaged by falling debris from intercepted aerial targets.

Five people are currently known to have sought medical assistance.

A special commission has already begun work in the community to inspect and document the damage to property.
