Russia attacks residential building in Odesa with a drone; damage and injuries reported

Russian forces struck Odesa with a drone on the afternoon of September 28. The UAV destroyed part of a residential building.

At least three people were injured in the attack, and an apartment building sustained damage. One apartment was destroyed, while the blast wave damaged the facade, windows, and balconies across several floors.

Emergency services are on the scene, and operational headquarters are being set up to assist the residents.

It was later reported that the number of people injured in the Russian strike on the Odesa residential building had risen to four; a 56-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were hospitalized.

Two young women, aged 17 and 18, were also injured; medics provided them with assistance at the scene.
