Russia Continues to Destroy Ukrainian Cities: A Missile Attack of Downtown Chernihiv

Russian occupants hit the residential area in downtown Chernihiv with a missile. There are only apartment houses, kindergartens, schools and hospitals over there with no military infrastructure whatsoever. The correct information about casualties is to be confirmed. Vyacheslav Chaus, the Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, states today that there are blown-out windows, ruined walls, ceilings and balconies all over the place. Some buildings are smashed to the ground.
