The police evacuated 16 people from the village of Luhivka, Sumy region. Earlier, the Russians destroyed the bridge across the Vorskla River, which is near the settlement.

“The Russian Federation destroys the homes of civilians, infrastructure facilities. On March 13, a bridge across the Vorskla River was destroyed by a Russian rocket,” law enforcement officers write.
The police note that due to increased shelling from the Russian Federation, more and more residents of the border areas are deciding to move to safer areas of the region.
Law enforcement officers escort vehicles and ensure public order. The police also help civilians, including the elderly and families with children, to evacuate and help them settle in safe places away from shelling.
