
A Russian drone struck a Turkish-flagged tanker in Izmail, Odesa region, on November 17.
According to the Turkish Maritime Directorate, the Marine Traffic Orinda was damaged while unloading liquefied petroleum gas at the port of Izmail. All 16 crew members on board were evacuated, no one was injured.
The head of the regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, said that Russian drones attacked the Odesa region during the night of November 17 and damaged energy and port infrastructure in several cities.
According to Kiper, the attack caused several fires and damaged an unspecified number of civilian vessels. One person was injured.
